My Story
I enjoy capturing a fleeting moment as much as the lingering impression. At the time, content creation, photography, and movement appear to be the dominant modes of expression. Since beauty is all around me in Cape Town, South Africa, where I live, I strive to bring that perspective with me when I travel to other places. After all, one’s perception of beauty is subjective. Shaolin Cafe was intended to be a tea shop where like-minded people could gather and exchange life experiences. The Café and Shaolin, which literally means “young forest,” reflect social harmony.
Why Am I
Shaolin Café provides access to integrative lifestyles. We recognize the importance of improving and preserving one’s life and way of life. By providing credible lifestyle solutions at moderate prices, we hope to encourage accessible personal wellness as part of a sustainable way of life. People today need to improve and preserve their lives and lifestyles. We seek solutions that foster wellbeing and a sustainable way of life. As a creative owner and entrepreneur with extensive knowledge of the industry. A advanced problem solver with emergent and design thinking skills and a solid foundation in creative innovation, strategic decision-making, and project development. As an internationally licensed 4th Dan Health Qigong Technical Coach and 7th Dan Kung Fu coach, co-founder, and co-owner of 1MindBodyFitness Center and programs, wellness is a key emphasis. Creative talent in interactive tutorial interfaces, online learning platforms, media production, and photography has been added. Marketing, strategic thinking, economics, and human resources also include self-taught web design and coding skills such as CSS and HTML.
