Looking for flexible Kung Fu training that fits your busy lifestyle? At 1MindBodyFitness, you can train in-person or enjoy 24/7 online course access. Choose from Wing Chun, Tai Chi, or Cosmic Meditation Qigong and experience the transformative power of traditional martial arts. Whether you're a beginner or advanced practitioner, our classes are designed to boost both physical and mental well-being.

Drop-In for a Trial Class

Explore our classes by choosing from any of the styles listed below. You can select 1 or more sessions, or even try multiple styles in your trial. Simply let us know your preference and your intention to join!

Whether you want to experience just one class or try out different styles, we’re here to help you find the perfect fit!

Class Options:

  • Wing Chun: Tuesdays – 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
  • Tai Chi Quan: Wednesdays – 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
  • Cosmic Meditation Qigong: Wednesdays – 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Payment Options: Drop-in for a trial class or choose from flexible monthly memberships, with payments via PayFast, SnapScan, and all major cards.

Both. Each listing shows Cape Town or Online.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing, water, and a mat (if you have one). For creative sessions, bring your ideas!

Refunds or date changes?

If you can’t attend, move your booking to the next date (48h notice).
