Beginners Health Qigong
Free Health Qigong workshop over 3 days only. 21 Jan, 25 Feb, 25 Mar. Limited space. 1.5 hours for Q&A, experience, try, feel and question. The worst scenario is uncertainty, given the opportunity to explore opens a new chapter of experiences. We are seeking coaches to teach in Afrikaans, Xhosa, Zulu, etc. We have requests for coaches and we are unable to fulfill locations in SA. Internationally we have you covered. Every functional daily action can be a healing activity. How, what and why of moving efficiently and slowly with validation. From novice to advanced techniques are explored. Just enough to make you understand why we do what we do. Why slowly why not fast? How do the meridians trigger? Which moves relieve common ailments? Why do we train with music? Preparation for when you get going; Dress in relaxed loose fitting clothes. Flat-soled shoes (barefoot is an option but for hygiene purposes wear shoes outside). Notepad and pen (online lessons have a facility to take notes and print them as an option). Bring refreshments if needed. Health Qigong is an easy way of learning any type of Qigong, from the old-school classics to modern-day adaptations. It is ideal for individuals who struggle to find a routine, have an overactive spirit, or have difficulty mastering the combined action of meditation, breathwork, and technicalities.
