The symbols that make up the 5 Elements Qigong maintain the internal organs and enhance the muscles and bones for general health and fitness; each organ is associated with one of these symbols. The self-care concepts of 1MindBodyFitness; it is not just physical but also psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects. The core of 1MindBodyFitness is authentic knowledge systems; Tai Chi, Qigong, and Chinese Medicine; merging mind body spirit self-care. The symbols that make up the 5 Elements Qigong maintain the internal organs and enhance the muscles and bones for general health and fitness. Authentic wisdom & knowledge for a new age. Put in a useful and approachable way. Concepts that have been logically simplified and are self-paced and self-assist capable.
Workshop topics cover; lifestyle, food, and qigong training. All levels of expertise are welcome. Train Tai Chi, Qigong etc. with us online or face-to-face.
